Size A has two options for the lens. Glass is the standard choice and scratch resistant while clear acrylic offers extreme durability.

BoxWare® Display Cases are Repairable!
If an unfortunate event occurs and the lens is broken or scratched, it can be replaced. Simply remove the old one and replace it with a new lens and double sided tape.

One-Year Warranty against Defects
Ask the cardboard display case guys about their warranty and watch them squirm! If you have a problem, simply return it for repair or replacement.

Shipping

Please contact us by telephone, email, or fax for a price quote.
Streamwood will do its best to keep shipping charges to the absolute
minimum. We charge only what UPS charges us, with no additional
"handling charges". All shipping prices are quoted FOB Streamwood,
Easley, SC 29640. We can ship UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or
UPS 3 Day Select, in addition to US Mail Parcel Post, Priority Mail,
and Next Day Air.

If you can call ahead and arrange to pick up at the factory in
Easley, we will help you load and you can avoid paying ANY shipping
fees... and sometimes we even buy your lunch!

Boxware Limited Warranty
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials in your BoxWare display case. This warranty lasts for one year from the date of shipment.

What does this warranty not cover?
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as an earthquake or flood) is not covered. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

What will Streamwood Company do?
Streamwood Company will repair or replace at its option, FOB, Easley, SC 29640 any display case which is returned, freight prepaid, along with a check for $6.00 for return freight and insurance, within one year from date of shipment to the address below.

How do you get service?
If your BoxWare display case is defective, send it postage paid with a brief written description of the problem to Streamwood Company, PO Box 1841, Easley, SC 29641.
